- The stay was not satisfactory I am saying this because they didn't even know that our room was booked in their hotel from irctc. They somehow shifted us to their nearest branch. That too the room was not good. I would advice the hotel to atleast keep there expensive suite in a good condition Water heater not working, toilet seats are leaking water and so on Overall it was the worst experience for me as well as my family. I hope this will not repeat next time
